"Burdur'da Üretken Bir Nesil Yetişiyor(B-ÜRETKEN)" Project Studies Have Started

Under the coordination of the Ministry of Industry and Technology, within the scope of the Social Development Support Program (SOGEP) carried out by Development Agencies across Turkey, the project works of "A Productive Generation is Growing in Burdur (B-ÜRETKEN)", for which Burdur Provincial Directorate of National Education received grant support and Mehmet Akif Ersoy University is a participant, have started.

MAKÜ Faculty of Education Dean Prof. Dr. Fridevs Savı ÇAKAR and Vice Dean Assoc. Dr. Mehmet Can ÇİFTÇİBAŞI, together with the Burdur Provincial Directorate of National Education Arge project team, came together to detail the task sharing in the project.

The project, which will be carried out with the participation of Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University, Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy Public Education Center Directorate, and Yeşilova Public Education Center Directorate, will be sustained with a team of 35 people consisting of academicians, experts, and the project team. Within the scope of the project, a total of 7 Design Skill Workshops will be established in 3 districts, 2 Central Villages, and 2 central schools. More than 50 activities such as Vocational High Schools meetings, workshop studies, private sector consultations, competitions, and festivals will be carried out with the project.
