The "Meaning in Life and Mental Health" themed talk of the Positive Psychology Talks was held at the Faculty of Education Conference Hall.
In the last week of the Positive Psychology Talks, held in collaboration with the PDR Center and the PDR community, a talk on "Meaning in Life and Mental Health" was held on January 5th at the Faculty of Education Conference Hall.
In the last week of the talk conducted by Associate Professor Dr. Gökmen Arslan, a faculty member of the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Department, what can be done for a meaningful and valuable life was discussed. Our professor, who emphasized that a meaningful life is possible with our purposeful and meaningful actions, stated that a meaningful life helps to cope with stress, protects individuals in the face of difficult experiences, and plays an important role in dealing with issues such as depression and anxiety.
In the last session, all participants were thanked, and the session was concluded.
