Department of Educational Management
The aim of our Department is to develop theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of educational management, and to ensure interaction with other disciplines. Another goal is to train individuals who are capable of independently structuring a problem in their field, developing solutions, evaluating the results and implementing them, and actively participating in or leading team work related to their field.
In our Department, there are both thesis and non-thesis master's programs, and the courses of the thesis/non-thesis master's programs and the professional teaching courses of our Faculty are conducted by the faculty members.
The academic staff of the department includes 1 professor, 2 associate professors, and 1 doctor faculty member.
